Mechanical Properties

compared to Al alloy, strength and resistance of steel is much better, elastic modulus of which is 3 times higher than that of the Aluminum. In that case, rigidity of the same section of steel frame is also 3 times higher than that if the Aluminum, it reduces the deformation under all kinds of stress, improves the strength, provides better protection and longer working life for modules.

Surface Coating

Coating of steel frame preforms well in conduction of electricity, therefore uses no ground connection；meanwhile, it also preforms well in self- healing. minor scratches during production, transportation, installation or application can be self-healt, it has no effect on corrosion resistance of the surface. However, destroy of anodic oxide coating of aluminum frame reduces the corrosion resistance.
